Returns and Exchange:
- We are committed to providing you with high-quality designs and outfits. If you are not satisfied with your purchase due to an incorrect product, manufacturing defect, or any other valid reason, you may return the item(s) within 7 days from the date of delivery.
- Valid reasons under the following conditions are applicable for return/exchange:
- You have received an incorrect product that doesn't match the item in your order confirmation email.
- The product exhibits genuine quality or manufacturing defects.
- Returned/ exchange are accepted only if the items are in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached.
- Please note that custom-made dresses are only eligible for return in the case of manufacturing defects.
- Sale Items are not eligible for returns or refund.
- Customers are responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning the items.
