Shipping:

  • We currently offer shipping services within India only.
  • While we always aim to ship your order promptly, please note that some styles are sourced from different locations, and in rare cases, delivery times may extend by up to 2 weeks.
  • Delivery times may vary depending on your location and shipping method selected during checkout.
  • Natalia Livingston Label Brand is not responsible for any delays caused by unforeseen circumstances or external shipping providers.

Returns and Exchange:

  • We are committed to providing you with high-quality designs and outfits. If you are not satisfied with your purchase due to an incorrect product, manufacturing defect, or any other valid reason, you may return the item(s) within 7 days from the date of delivery.
  • Valid reasons under the following conditions are applicable for return/exchange:
    • You have received an incorrect product that doesn't match the item in your order confirmation email.
    • The product exhibits genuine quality or manufacturing defects.
  • Returned/ exchange are accepted only if the items are in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached.
  • Please note that custom-made dresses are only eligible for return in the case of manufacturing defects.
  • Sale Items are not eligible for returns or refund.
  • Customers are responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning the items.
