You can request an exchange or store credit if you received an incorrect product, if there are quality or manufacturing defects, and the item must be unused, unworn, and has all original tags attached.
CUSTOM-MADE OUTFITS are exempt from our return policy.
Refunds are typically processed within 5 business days after we receive the returned item and verify its condition. They will be issued as in-store credit or refunded to the original form of payment, as per our policies. The time for the refund to reflect in your account may vary based on your payment provider's policies.
Our brand is currently present only in Coimbatore but is also available online.
Our core focus is on occasion wear with a retro fusion. We do plan on incorporating more designs aligned with current trends while ensuring they still have a touch of our signature panache and finesse.
Before a garment is prepared for production, it takes a week to produce the first sample. During this time, we personally sit with the team, design, and help create the pattern, reworking it until it meets our brand standards. Each product undergoes rigorous quality control. If any defects are found, we provide the best solution to benefit the client and us.
